The Varsity Mustang Football team closed out their season on Friday Oct 31 by traveling to Kerrville to take on the Knights from Our Lady of the Hills. It was a chilly Halloween night and our boys put the ?? of the Mustangs into the OLH Knights.

It was a very tough physical match up for the younger and smaller Mustang team, but the Mustangs played with grit, courage and execution to overcome the physical advantage that their opponents held. The Mustangs scored first and they managed to out pace the Knights all night long. The game was close, and the Knights tried to mount a comeback in the 4th quarter. But the mighty Mustangs held on to give the Knights a homecoming upset. The Mustangs won by a final score of 41 - 38 !!!
